Dr. Campanile makes incisions from the temples down around the earlobe. Short-Scar facelift techniques are also available.  To tighten the neck skin, incisions also are made on the upper portion of the neck, and below the chin. Through these incisions, fat is removed and muscles are tightened. Recovery takes about 7 to 10 days.
